AFCB
Anterior Fascial Connections Bodywork is best for releasing back, shoulder, and hip tension. Recommended for chronic pain patterns and recovery. Addresses the tension found in the front side of the body by isolating the muscles and fascia (connective tissue) through a combination of deep tissue techniques, such as: myofascial release, neuromuscular, craniosacral, TMJ intraoral isolation, resistant release, as well as passive and active range of motion.
AFCB Pricing
30 Minute- for headache, neck and TMJ work ONLY. Shoulders and back will not be addressed. $75
45 Minute- focuses on relieving tension on the front side of the body ONLY. It works to create a sense of expansiveness from anterior relief. $95
60 Minute- Recommended for MOST sessions where shoulder, back, or hip tension are present. AFCB is a whole body approach; 60 minutes leaves enough time to work on both the front and back side of the body. $105
Cancellation Policy: 24 Notice is required for all cancellations. Less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a fee equaling 50% of the treatment.
